Signifies the heaven towards which the plant matures into a towering tree as training in Taekwondo progresses.

- Back knuckle strike downwards in a forward stance
- Palm heel strike in a forward stance
- Palm heel block downwards in a back stance
- Elbow strike in a horse riding stance
- Outer mid section block/high section block at the same time in a back stance
- Reverse hook kick from a back stance
- Front kick, turning kick, side kick from a back stance
- Flying side kick
